Priority Signs
- 1/8
Give Way / Yield. This sign indicates that you must give priority to traffic on the road you are approaching or joining. You should slow down and be prepared to stop if necessary to let other vehicles pass before you proceed.

Priority Road / Start of Priority Road. This sign indicates that you are on a priority road, meaning you have the right-of-way over traffic from intersecting minor roads. However, always remain vigilant for other road users.

End of Priority Road. This sign indicates that the priority road you were on is ending. You will no longer have automatic right-of-way at upcoming intersections, and standard give way rules will apply.

Intersection Ahead (Priority to the Right). This sign warns of an upcoming intersection where the rule of priority to the right applies. Drivers must give way to vehicles approaching from the right unless otherwise indicated.

Give Way to Oncoming Traffic. This regulatory sign indicates you must yield to vehicles coming from the opposite direction, typically on a narrow road or bridge where passage is restricted. Proceed only when the way is clear.

Priority Over Oncoming Traffic. This sign indicates that you have priority over vehicles coming from the opposite direction on the upcoming narrow section of road. Oncoming traffic should wait for you to pass.

Cyclists Permitted to Turn Right After Yielding (Often at Traffic Lights). This specific sign allows cyclists to make a right turn even when facing a red or yellow traffic light, but only after coming to a stop and giving way to all other traffic, including pedestrians. It essentially treats the red/yellow light as a yield sign for cyclists making that specific turn.

Stop. This sign mandates that you bring your vehicle to a complete halt before the stop line or intersection. Proceed only when it is safe.
